BY PURCHASING CLASS REGISTRATION (TICKET), THE TICKET HOLDER ("YOU" OR "PARTICIPANT") AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Trainemta.com or registering for any in-person or online training classes (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.

If you do not agree to all these terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental or guardian consent to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

You expressly assume all risks incidental to the training event (whether classroom-based or online), including but not limited to:

  • Exposure to physical or emotional stress

  • Interaction with instructors or other participants

  • Inadequate venue or technology conditions

  • Risks associated with travel or transportation to/from physical training sites

YOU HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE TRAINEMTA.COM, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, DAMAGE, OR LOSS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY TRAINING CLASS OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.

4. Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. There are:

  • No refunds for missed classes or inability to attend

  • If an event is rescheduled within twelve (12) months, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date

  • If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Management may allow you to exchange the ticket for a comparable class or program

  • Class content, instructors, and times are subject to change without notice

5. No Guarantee of Certification or Outcome

Registration does not guarantee passing or certification. Successful completion may require attendance, exams, or participation standards as set by instructors or certifying bodies.

6. Compliance and Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow all instructions, safety protocols, and class rules

  • Refrain from abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior

  • Comply with all facility or classroom rules and applicable laws

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone whose behavior violates these terms or endangers others.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reproduce, record, transmit, or distribute class materials without written permission

  • Share access credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of Trainemta.com or its instructors

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including video, text, graphics, software, and course materials, is owned by Trainemta.com or licensed third parties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

9. Text Messaging Consent & Disclosure

If you opt in to receive text messages:

No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
